Information You Provide: Most of the information that the Company receives and stores consists of information you provide for various reasons, See below for examples of such information. It is your choice to provide such information to the Company, but Users should recognize that choosing not to provide certain information may make it impossible to take advantage of or optimize certain features of the Site. USE OF INFORMATION

3rd Party Service Providers: The Company uses certain 3rd party service providers to manage certain services through the site. For example, The Company may utilize the services of a third party to distribute its most recent parts catalog, newsletter, or promotional information. In any case, 3rd party servicers are only provided basic information required to complete their task, and otherwise do not receive any additional Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”). Google Analytics

The Company uses Google Analytics and “tagging” to obtain certain information about your browsing experience so that it can optimize performance across all browser platforms and to analyze the Site’s user traffic.

OPT-IN PROTOCOL

As such, the Company will retain, regardless of whether the Purchaser purchases the Product as a Site guest or through a User Account, the Purchaser’s personal identifying information related to said purchase for 10 years exclusively for the purpose of facilitating returns, warranty service, and for the Company’s financial record keeping. Closing Your User Account: Once you have closed your user account, the Company will remove all account information from the Company’s servers within 30-days and you will no longer receive any notifications or communications from the Company, including changes to the Terms of this Privacy Policy. However, in the event your User Account was used to purchase any Product, the company will keep the personal identifying information related to said purchase on file for the period of 10 years exclusively for the purpose of facilitating returns, warranty service, and for the Company’s financial record keeping. Sharing Information the Company Receives

Generally: The Company shares information with its third-party service providers and pursuant to the Use of Information section of this Privacy Policy and to the Disclosure provisions of the Terms. However, Users should beware that in the event that the User navigates from the Site to any other third-party site (e.g. Facebook, Pinterest, Amazon, Twitter, Google+, or otherwise) the User’s personally identifying information is subject to the policies of the third-party owner of the third-party website.

Business Matters: The Company, without obtaining consent from any User, has the right to sell, merge, or associate in any manner it decides with any other entity of its choosing. The User information may be transferred pursuant to any such agreement without prior notice to the User from the Company. However, any such user information will remain subject to this Privacy Policy until such time as the User consents otherwise. In the event that the Company sells, or has substantially all of its assets acquired, the User information will be transferred as a business asset.

Legal Matters: The Company will release any and all User Account or other personal identifying information when it believes the release is appropriate to comply with the law as described in the Terms, or otherwise enforce the Terms or any other agreements, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Site, site Users, or the Company and any of its employees, officers, or other affiliated parties or persons.

USE OF THE SITE BY CHILDREN OR MINORS

The site is intended to be used only by individuals that are over the age of 18 or are otherwise considered to be of the age of majority in the pertinent jurisdiction. Any Users that are under the age of 18 may only use the Site under the approval of a parent or legal guardian as defined in ORS 109.570. The Site does not market to Children under the age of 13, nor does it intend or attempt to collect information of Children under the age of 13.

CONDITIONS OF USE, NOTICES, AND REVISIONS

Use of the Site is subject to the Terms and this Privacy Policy including any limitation on damages or liability, dispute resolution procedures, and application of the laws of the State of Oregon.
