Overview

The PERRIN Tumble Generator Valve (TGV) housing removes restrictive components from the intake tract to allow for a higher volume of airflow, power, and increased throttle response in your WRX!

Why you want it

The OEM TGV is designed to speed up airflow to the engine during low rpm to create better throttle response and torque. During full throttle, these valves open to allow for more airflow, but they still create a restriction in the intake tract. This product requires an ECU Recalibration after installation to perform properly.

How it works

The PERRIN TGV Housing is a simple bolt-on part that results in noticeable performance increases in both horsepower and torque. With no special tools or additional hardware, the PERRIN TGV Housing replaces the OEM part and that's all there is to it! With its smooth interior walls and anodized finish, you'll get nothing but clean airflow to your engine.

Fuel line clearance

The PERRIN TGV Housing comes with a notch machined into the outside of the body in order to allow for proper fuel line clearance, unlike some competitors' products. This small detail is crucial to ensure a perfect fit.

Construction and finish

The PERRIN TGV Housing is made from CNC milled aluminum and anodized black for a perfect fit and corrosion resistance to last the lifetime of your WRX!

Tuning Required

Proper ECU Tuning is required for the safe operation of the engine with this product. Engine performance and fuel economy will also suffer without tuning. We have reviewed the design and internally tested these parts to comply with EPA’s Anti-Tampering Policy, and the CARB / EO process has not been completed.
