The ASMC, LTD. (dba ALTA and PERRIN Performance) warrants to the original retail purchaser (“Purchaser”) who holds title to the vehicle on which the parts are originally installed will, when delivered, substantially conform to the respective written Product description furnished to Purchaser, and all PERRIN Performance & ALTA Performance brand products to be free from defects in material and workmanship (excludes cosmetics, coatings and appearance and applies only to the function of the Product for it's intended manner and purpose) within a sixty (60) months period from the date of purchase (purchased on or after October 1st 2010) and will perform in accordance with provided original operating instructions if properly installed, used and serviced on passenger cars. Should a product(s) become defective within such period, Purchaser at its cost shall submit its claim and the defective Product to ASMC, LTD. with an accompanying Return Manufacturer Authorization number (RMA) and the sales receipt stating the defects and the circumstances under which the defect occurred in which case ASMC, LTD. will examine, and upon establishing Purchaser’s validity of claim, at its sole discretion repair the Product(s), exchange the Product(s), or refund the purchase price, which shall fully satisfy and discharge any and all warranty claims. Special notes about exhaust related products:
We will not warranty any exhaust part that either fails or has warped flanges due to header wrap being installed. While header wrap protects the engine from heat as well as provides some performance benefits, it greatly reduces the life of any stainless-steel part. Header wrap greatly increases the rate of corrosion, added to that the actual temperature of the metal is much hotter, reducing its lifespan even further. Operation of vehicle without installation of splash guard will void warranty.
We will not warranty any flanges that are warped away from the weld if any aftermarket gaskets are used. Only OEM Subaru / Toyota gaskets are to be used on PERRIN Exhaust parts, excludes downpipes for turbo kits. Subaru / Toyota provides the proper crush gasket that still becomes flat when tightened (or over tightened) in comparison to aftermarket gaskets which can have a crush ring that is too thick, causing a hot-spot in the middle of the flange. These will warp the flanges of your PERRIN exhaust, causing a permanent exhaust leak that will not be fixable with a new gasket.
Special note about suspension & emissions related products:
Many modifications (and combinations of modifications) are not recommended and may NOT be permitted in your country, state or other form of local government. Consult your owner's manual, instructions for each product and all laws before undertaking these modifications. The owner and user are solely responsible for the legality and safety of the vehicle you modify using these components! ALTA and PERRIN Performance are not responsible for any physical or financial damages as result of proper or improper installation, usage or ownership of this product. Use of suspension products will result in a change in the handling characteristics of your vehicle. As with ANY vehicle, extreme care must be taken to prevent loss of control or roll-over during all driving maneuvers. Always wear seat belts, and drive safely, recognizing that reduced speeds and specialized driving techniques may be required. Failure to drive this vehicle safely may result in serious injury or death! Once installed do NOT drive the vehicle unless you are familiar with its unique handling characteristic and confident in your ability to maintain control under all driving conditions.
All engine and exhaust components (Including but not limited to the following, turbo systems, ECU Tuning, exhaust pipes, intake systems, supercharger pulleys, intercoolers etc.) have been designed and are intended for off-road applications only. These components are legal in California for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads or highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Check your local and federal laws prior to installation! Installation of performance products may void vehicle warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. Refund & Returns
We offer free returns on all eligible orders within the contiguous 48 states within 30 calendar days of delivery. Here is what that looks like:
- Free return shipping : a prepaid label is issued through our online returns portal. No cost to you.
- No restocking fees : unopened items in original packaging are refunded in full.
- Store credit for installed or used parts : full store credit issued, no restocking fee.
- Customer-damaged parts : a 50% damage fee is assessed; the remainder is issued as store credit.
- Alaska, Hawaii & International orders: Free return shipping does not apply. Return shipping costs and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Start a Return
You can submit a return request directly through your account on our store:

- Sign in by entering your email address and clicking Continue.
- Check your email for a six-digit verification code from our store and enter it on the sign-in page.
- Find the order you want to return and click Request return.
- If your order has multiple items, select the items you are returning.
- Choose a return reason and add any notes, then click Request return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. The item must be shipped within 30 days. The return period is satisfied by a carrier scan, such as a pickup or drop-off scan, showing the package in transit, dated within 30 days of the label issue date. If no qualifying scan is recorded within this window, the sale will be considered final and no refund or store credit will be issued.
After the returned item has been received, your refund or store credit will be processed.

Refund Timeline

Did your package arrive damaged or missing parts?
Shortage and damage claims must be made within 5 working days of the receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection. ASMC LTD. will not initiate any claims with the carrier. Look and work great! Unfortunately, I waited 20+ years too long and should've installed them much sooner as my rust-belt Winters took their toll. The jack areas for my car had already badly deteriorated (see photo) after many years of maintenance work and repeated wheel swaps, so I wasn't able to get a good placement and secure fit. Hence, I had to move them inwards by a few inches and remove some of the plastic trim coverings. No issue with the repositioning on jacking the car with this new jack point. Buy them sooner, rather than later!
Product is great to keep your pinch welds from damage. Easy install. Would recommend using a jack to keep them straight and tight against the pinch weld then tighten the screws down to lock them in place.
Super easy install, provided the locktite, fast shipping and great build quality. Huge fan of Perrin and I’ve installed many of their mods. Definitely worth the purchase for ease of jacking up the car without having quick jacks. I love the way they look even if it’s just for me as I don’t get many gawkers sliding under the car.
Generally I was impressed with quality of the Perrin jack pads. Delivery with normal shipping after order was fast. Installed easily on a 2026 Subaru Outback Touring XT. The lifting flanges are short and I found the jack pad fasteners barely captured the lifting flange, even with a floor jack putting pressure on them before tightening the fasteners. There was little undercoating on and above the flanges. An improvement would be to machine the pad fasteners slightly closer to the bottom of the car so they fully capture the flange.

Great product. But ratter heavy.
Great protection for the pinch welds at manufacturers suggested lift points. Feel solid when jacking up car or placing jack stands under them. Nicely packaged, with blue loctite, and a nice little storage bag for the OEM Jack Tool. As others have mentioned, I used the jack to apply pressure when installing to prevent movement and to make sure they’re in the correct position.
This item is perfect . I installed on my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek . I have a 2 post lift and this item makes it very convenient to lift my car without worrying about damaging the pinch welds .
Pinch welds are not long enough for as low as the bolts are mounted in jacking pads on a 04 forester xt. I trimmed the side skirts and all the seam sealer and cant even use the things

Installed these excellent jack pads to my 25 WRX. These pads are designed for the stands that I use and like the best. The car was completely stable with all four wheels off the ground.
Easy install. They look great and work perfect. They fit well in my jack and jack stands. I feel so much better about lifting my car repeatedly now.
No brainer purchase. Protect the jack point with this nice block.
The jack pads come incredibly well-packaged, along with a tube of blue thread lock and a QR code for installation directions. They look light weight but are very solid and have some reassuring heft to them. One thing I did for added environmental (salt) protection was put a thin layer of “Everbrite” clear protectant on the top part of the clamping bolts, both to protect against salt and to help reduce metal-to-metal contact in the extremely unlikely chance there would be penetration of the pad’s external coating.
Pain in the ass to install in a good spot because the front plastic skid plates were in the way. When i go to tighten them down they shift the only way i can think of getting them perfect is maybe jack pressure on them when tightening down. It bothers me when they arent perfect just me i guess. I have used them many times and they are nice to have but i kinda wish i would have tried a different brand for this specific part.

Jack pucks for your vehicle follow the same basic design across all brands, so a swap may not change the experience much. That shifting can sometimes point to slightly bent or uneven frame rails, which no puck on the market can fully compensate for. Easy ish to install. But having the instructions say the name needs to face outside means you're blind turning the hex screws, which is a pain. Just have the screws face out instead.
